Women's Support Groups
Women dealing with the effects of abuse and trauma are welcomed into a safe setting by trained and experienced female facilitators who understand their experiences, and provide loving support.
Each group meets weekly for nine weeks, and is not open to new members after the first week (except for our drop-in Overcoming Domestic Abuse group). Location is our ministry center in Blaine, Minnesota (address given when you register).
Cost for 9-week groups: $45 per person. No one is turned away due to inability to pay.
In a safe and supportive space, participants learn about the complex dynamics of abuse, the freedom and love Jesus wants to give them, Biblical truths about abuse, and ways to heal from the trauma of abuse.
Good boundaries provide the security we need to reach out to others in love.
This group will provide tools and insight on how to have healthier relationships and set limits on relationships that are demanding or unhealthy. Good boundaries help us to be free to be ourselves and to allow others to be themselves also.
